Weight needs to be lost healthy through diet and exercise. You and your PT will determine together how to approach healthy eating: either using a pre-set meal plan, or srtarting from what you like to eat and by eliminating the habits that sabotage you
The analysis of your eating habits is done either through writing a weekly food diary or through photographed dishes sent daily to your PT's Whatsapp.
